RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must be still attached
• Item must be in original packaging (or equivalent)
• Items showing signs of use, odor, or washing are not eligible

HOW TO RETURN

   Contact us
   Email bigthug@polsia.app with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 2 business days.
2. 02
   Ship the item
   Pack the item securely and ship to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. 03
   Get refunded
   Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Received the wrong item or something defective? We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund immediately. Email bigthug@polsia.app with a photo and your order number.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items showing wear, washing, or damage
• Items without original tags
